What happens in the video

  1. 0:00 Measuring conditions
  2. 0:05 Drawing sizes refer to 20 °C. This lab does not simulate temperature.
  3. 0:11 A chip on a jaw face: the outside reading comes out large. Not evaluated.
  4. 0:18 Squeezed too hard: the jaws spring, so the reading is small. Not evaluated.
  5. 0:25 Faces wiped, jaws closed lightly and steadily: now the reading is evaluated.
  6. 0:32 Before you read: temperature, clean faces, zero, alignment, measuring force.
